Industrial Visit to Supreme Industries Limited, Malanpur
Bridging Classroom Learning with Real-World Experience
RASS-JB Public School, Datia organised an educational Industrial Visit to Supreme Industries Limited, Malanpur, Gwalior, as part of its Skill Education, Experiential Learning and Career Readiness initiatives.
The visit provided students of Classes XI and XII with firsthand exposure to a professional manufacturing environment. Students observed the production of plastic pipes, fittings and other plastic products and gained insights into the use of machinery, moulds, tools, technology and modern production processes.
The experience helped students understand the importance of precision, quality, safety, teamwork, technology and professional discipline in an industrial workplace. It also enabled them to connect classroom concepts with their practical applications.
Interactive Learning
An interactive Question–Answer Session gave students an opportunity to engage with industry professionals, ask questions and understand various aspects of manufacturing and industrial operations.
Students were also encouraged to reflect upon their experience and share their learning through presentations, strengthening their communication, observation, critical-thinking and presentation skills.
